Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Multivariant, including our hosted software, agent workflows, provisioned infrastructure, websites, APIs, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access to Multivariant is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, trial eligibility, and billing cadence are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing and payment management may be handled through third-party providers such as Stripe.
If your subscription includes hosted or provisioned infrastructure, access to those resources may depend on an active subscription and successful payment processing. We may suspend paid features if payment fails or your subscription lapses.
Your content and inputs
You retain ownership of the data, prompts, files, configurations, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant Multivariant the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content or data you upload, connect, or process through Multivariant.
Acceptable use
You may not use Multivariant to violate the law, infringe another party's rights, interfere with the service, abuse infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or process content that you are not permitted to use. You also may not use the service in a way that creates unreasonable risk to our systems, providers, or other users.
AI systems and third-party services
Multivariant may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment processors, model providers, and infrastructure vendors to deliver features. Availability, latency, outputs, and functionality may depend in part on those providers.
Outputs generated through AI or automated systems may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production, business, compliance, or customer-facing workflows.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates security or abuse risk, or exposes us or our providers to liability.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Multivariant is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multivariant will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
